Yuzus, a hybrid of mandarins and ichang papedas, are tart like lemons, bitter like grapefruits, and carry a surprising floral-herbal lift. We doubled down on their brightness by first steeping the zest of these organic, Victorian grown fruit in our Aussie dry gin, and then distilling the skins to extract every last drop of fragrant oil. The result? A gin that’s bright and fresh with marmalade-bitter undertones. Keep the perfect serve simple with  dry tonic and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
