Hand-picked local Damson plums – cousins of the rose – meet dry gin in this beautifully tart, floral fruit gin with just a touch of sweetness.
Locally grown Damson plums are steeped in our dry gin for six months, with only a tiny amount of sugar added to balance their natural astringency. Their bold, floral character makes it ideal to sip on over ice or simply with a splash of soda. As part of our Full Circle range, we’ve also transformed the gin-soaked plums into a decadent Preserve, perfect slathered over buttery toast or paired with a sharp cheddar.
