Can I visit your distillery for a tour or tasting?
Absolutely! Our Distillery Door is open for tastings, bottle sales and a sneak peek behind the scenes. No booking is required at this stage. Tours and full distillery experiences will be coming soon – check back for updates!
Do you offer private events and/or bespoke tastings?
Please Contact Us with info on your event: numbers, preferred day and time and we’ll get in touch to see if we’re able to help you celebrate!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are exploring international shipping options and will update you as it unfolds.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
Can I customize my order?
We currently only offer standard product options. For special requests or bulk orders, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can you include a card?
If your order is a gift and you’d like a handwritten note, just leave your message in the comments section at checkout. We take care to wrap every order beautifully and securely, with minimal environmental impact. For this reason, we don’t offer additional or specialised gift wrapping, but your order will always arrive looking thoughtful and well-presented.
Where can we find Imbue in the wild?
You’ll find us in a range of independent bars, restaurants, and bottleshops across Australia. Use our Contact Us page with your postcode to locate your nearest stockist. We also love discovering new favourite venues – let us know if you have a suggestion! Plus, we regularly appear at farmers’ markets and festivals, so check out our Events for the upcoming lineup.
