Change of Mind:

Because our products are consumable, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Item:

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. (A quick photo helps us resolve things faster.)

What We’ll Do:

Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund – whatever’s fairest under Australian Consumer Law.
