Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

We deliver Australia-wide (except where restricted by alcohol laws).
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days.
We charge a flat rate of $20 Australia wide for Booze (which includes signature on delivery) and $10 for condiments/merch.
If no one is in attendance to receive your delivery, it will be taken to your local Post Office for pickup.
If you require express post, please get in touch (with the shipping address) so we can calculate the cost.

Someone of legal drinking age must accept alcohol deliveries. The courier/delivery service is entitled to request ID.
If no one is home, you may need to collect from a post office or arrange redelivery.

We can’t accept returns of opened or used products.
If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, our Refund Policy applies — we’ll fix it.
