We’ve turned locally abundant edible “weeds” into hero botanicals, creating a gin that’s truly of its place.
Inspired by Mick’s childhood in Melbourne’s fringe suburbs – think backyard cricket, BMX bikes, and goon-of-fortune – Sub-urban Gin celebrates the wild, overlooked flavours growing all around us. Distilled with grassy fennel, jammy blackberries and dandelion roots, it’s super refreshing garnished with cucumber in a G&T, which enhances the prickly pear’s unique melon notes.
