We’ve taken our Aussie dry gin, The Journey – crafted with fresh Pink Lady apples, native muntries, and a generous hit of juniper – and aged it in a barrel made from juniper wood for 18 months. The result? An intensely pine-forward spirit with resinous complexity and a lingering dry finish. At 45%, it’s perfect to sip and savour neat.
