30ml Yuzu Gin
30ml Green Tea (chilled)
90ml Prosecco
30ml Lemon Fizz (an Old-fashioned lemonade vibe is what you’re going for here, alternatively replace with straight soda water if you’d prefer less sweetness!)
Method:
Combine everything with lots of ice, a juicy lemon slice and a fresh rosemary sprig and sip away in the sunshine!
