At Imbue, we embrace it as the quiet magic behind every drop. Maize is our homage to American Bourbon style whisky, made from a blend of Australian corn and malt and matured for 2.5 years. The unique cask combination imparts waves of sweet vanilla and oak on the nose, honeyed nuttiness on the palate, and a lingering peppery spice on the finish.
