As whisky matures, a small measure evaporates — the Angel’s Share. This slow loss enriches the spirit, concentrating flavour and character. At Imbue, we embrace it as the quiet magic behind every drop. Matured in PX sherry casks sourced from our mates at Barrel Brokers, this expression reveals layers of complexity: expect burnt butter and roasted stone fruit on the nose, crisp green apple and toasted hazelnuts on the palate, and a finish laced with white pepper and nutmeg.
