A rich, whisky-based liqueur layered with deep cacao and designed for slow, late-night pours.

Midnight Dram is our first whisky-based liqueur: a spirit that leans unapologetically into indulgence. Inspired by our fave snack of dark chocolate-covered pumpkin seeds, we’ve blended an American Bourbon-casked whisky with nutty Victorian-grown Pepo Farm pepitas, balanced with cacao husks (a by-product of the chocolate-making process at Planet Cocoa). This limited first release is timed to coincide with the season of all things chocolate, but is made to be enjoyed well beyond it.

Velvety and full-bodied, with roasted cacao at the forefront, followed by a deep nuttiness, soft caramel and a gentle oaky warmth. The finish is long, smooth and lightly bitter, keeping the sweetness in check.
