Mulberry is a rare choice in whisky maturation. Toasted virgin mulberry wood brings firm structure and an almost architectural dryness, shaping the spirit with warmth and spice rather than sweetness. Over four years, the whisky has drawn character from the timber without losing its core – expressive, focused and unapologetically itself.

The nose carries toasted grains and white pepper, lifted by vine fruits and treacle. The palate moves into oak and dark bitter chocolate, before settling into nutmeg spice and a long, full dry finish.

Bottled at natural cask strength – 54% ABV – exactly as it came from the barrel. No dilution. No softening. Just spirit and wood, in their most honest form. Only 41 bottles available – don’t miss out.
