As whisky matures, a small measure evaporates — the Angel’s Share. This slow loss enriches the spirit, concentrating flavour and character. Expect banana esters, eucalyptus and soft caramel on the nose, a palate of orchard fruits, black pepper and passionfruit acidity, and a lingering finish of sweet vanilla custard and warming spice.
