A blend of malted barley and wheat, matured for three years in a well-travelled fourth-generation stout cask, delivering layers of roasted malt, caramel sweetness and gentle oak.

Every cask has a story, and this one has lived a remarkable life. It began holding Heaven Hill Bourbon before making its way to Brick Lane Brewing for a rich stout, then matured another Australian whisky before finally arriving at Imbue.

Three years of patient ageing have allowed these layers of history to subtly influence the spirit without overpowering it. Expect aromas of burnt butter, malted chocolate and milk coffee, leading into a palate of silky Jersey caramel, delicate hoppy bitterness and earthy roasted grain. The finish is long, warming and satisfyingly dry, showcasing the harmony between spirit, oak and the cask’s unique journey.
