15ml Sub-urban gin
45ml Bittersweet Aperitivo
30ml orange juice
7.5ml lemon juice
15ml egg white/acquafaba/cocktail foamer
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker – this helps to build up a nice foam to your cocktail.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled and strain into a frosty coupe or martini glass. Garnish
with edible flowers if you’re feeling fancy!
