30ml Bittersweet Aperitivo
30ml Sub-urban Gin
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass until well chilled. Strain into a cold rocks glass with a chunky ice cube and garnish with fresh or dried orange.
