By giving the odds + sods from our spirit production a second life, we minimise the amount of delicious fruit, zest and botanicals that would otherwise go to waste. Each jar helps us close the loop – turning leftovers into something worth savouring. We’ve paired Mount Zero’s (sustainably harvested) pink lake salt with our spent gin botanicals to create a seasoning that’s aromatic, vibrant and full of character. Sprinkle over roasted veg, rub into meat or fish, or even rim your cocktail glass for a savoury twist. It’s versatility with a sustainable edge.
