Bursting with fresh, fragrant yuzu, this gin is your ultimate citrus fix!
Yuzus, a hybrid of mandarins and ichang papeda, are tart like lemons, bitter like grapefruits, and carry a surprising floral-herbal lift. We doubled down on their brightness by first steeping the zest of these organic, Victorian-grown fruit in our Aussie dry gin, and then distilling the skins to extract every last drop of fragrant oil. The result? A gin that’s bright and fresh with marmalade-bitter undertones. Keep the perfect serve simple with dry tonic and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
