Serves 1
30ml Cut the Tux Pinot Brandy
15ml Triple Sec/citrus liqueur
20ml lemon juice (fresh if possible)
Heaped teaspoon of French 75 Marmalade
90ml Citrus tonic/soda
Method:
Shake everything but the tonic with loads of ice and pour into a large wine glass. Spritz with tonic or soda and a wedge of in-season citrus.
