30ml Brandy Custard Liqueur
30ml All Seasons Gin Liqueur
15ml Egg white/Acquafaba/cocktail foamer
45ml Ginger Beer
Cinnamon sugar/ginger biscuit to garnish
Method:
Dry shake Brandy Custard, All Seasons and foaming agent in a cocktail shaker – this helps to build up a nice foam to your cocktail. Add ice and shake again until well chilled and strain into a frosty coupe or martini glass. Gently top with ginger beer, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve with a gingerbread biccie!
