This barrel-aged beauty is our Australian spin on a classic anise-forward liqueur, sweetened with local honey and layered with warm spice. Crafted with aniseed-forward botanicals and aged in oak, All Seasons is syrupy-smooth with a warm blanket of spice, a hint of oak, and just enough sweetness from Victorian honey. It’s made for fireside sipping but just as at home in a spicy summer spritz. Serve neat to sip and savour, or mix with ginger beer and fresh citrus for a refreshing mule-style cocktail that spans the seasons. All Seasons has also picked up a handful of gold medals along the way – not that we’re bragging.
