60ml Citrus Agave Spirit
30ml Pineapple juice
10ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
25ml Pineapple and passionfruit cordial
Method:
Rim your glass with salt. Shake all ingredients with lots of ice – taste and adjust with cordial/lime juice to your preferred level of sweetness. Pour into a rocks glass and enjoy!
